Terms of service

The short version: build anything for you and your clients, just don’t resell the prompts or files.

These terms cover your use of thinkingods.com and anything you buy here: plans, prompts, source files, asset packs and the Sites That Convert ebook. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; anything done through your account is your responsibility. One account is for one person. Don’t share your login or resell access.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged through Razorpay. Yearly plans last 365 days from purchase and don’t renew automatically. Lifetime plans last for as long as Thinking Gods runs. Sale prices apply only until the end date shown.

What you can do with what you buy

You can use the prompts, source files and assets to build websites for yourself and for paying clients, and you can ship those sites commercially. You can’t resell, share or publish the prompts, source files, asset packs or ebook themselves, on their own or as part of another library, course or template pack.

Free prompts and reference pages may link to work by other creators. That work belongs to them and is shared with credit; follow their terms when you use it.

Refunds

Everything here is digital and available as soon as you pay, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If something you bought doesn’t work and we can’t fix it, or you were charged twice, email [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

The fine print

The prompts produce different results with different AI models and settings, so we can’t promise any specific output. The site and its content are provided as they are, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you’ve already bought, we’ll tell you by email first.
