Background & Challenges
Operating in a competitive edtech landscape, Geekster catered to recent graduates and career-focused individuals. Despite offering valuable resources, the platform struggled with low user retention, weak conversion rates, and inefficient online classroom navigation.

Research & Strategy
To address these challenges, I analyzed user behavior using Clarity heat maps and conducted competitor research to identify industry best practices. Although we had a clear understanding of our audience, we developed diverse user personas to ensure inclusivity.

Design Approach
I led the creation of a design system focused on consistency and clarity. Embracing minimalism, I simplified the user journey and created wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Implementation & Testing
Using Figma, I redesigned key interfaces to highlight essential features and reduce friction. We adopted a clean, intuitive layout for better navigation. Rigorous prototyping and user testing ensured functionality and continuous refinement based on feedback.
